Zero hours contract - flexible hours

Salary - £12.71 per hour

Jesse Smith’s is well establishing business though out the Cotswold, who have grown and have big growth plans and is now looking for a passionate people to help production team to help the family business get to the next level.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual to work closely in an amazing team, with the ability to grow in the business. This role is based at our farm shop in Cirencester on Love Lane

The Role

• Preparing and baking various pies and other baked goods in a high-volume production kitchen.
• This role requires precision, adherence to recipes, quality control, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• We want to continue train and develop our team, all team members are expected to work together on areas such as Stock control, stock take, order implementation and hygiene adherence.

The Candidate

• Previous industry experience is preferred.
• Minimum level 2 Health & Hygiene certificate preferred but can be taken thought our staff E learning platform
• Level 3 + NVQ Professional Cookery or similar would be desirable.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Thrive under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Ultimate foodie!
