Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our hotel kitchen team. You will support chefs and kitchen staff in preparing high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Keep kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Help with stock storage and rotation
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
• Support chefs during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
