-Memahami dasar-dasar operasional dapur, termasuk keterampilan menggunakan pisau, manajemen stok, dan penggunaan peralatan. -Mampu berkomunikasi dan bekerja sama dalam team. -Membantu pengelolaan operasional dapur sehari-hari, termasuk pengadaan bahan makanan, serta menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk. -Antusiasme untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai gaya kuliner (Barat, Asia, dan Indonesia). -Disiplin serta senantiasa menjaga kualitas kerja (bisa on time shift opening pagi-jam 7) -Memiliki inisiatif dan mampu menangani tugas-tugas lain yang relevan dengan industri ini. -Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimum 3-6bulan di resto / cafe (f&b). -Memiliki kendaraan sendiri (motor).
