What they need
Kitchen staff/dishwasher - Scope of work
Dishwashing & Equipment Care-wash, rinse and dry all dishes.
Ķitchen Clealiness - sweep and mop Kitchen floor, wipe counter, table & shelve. Segregate waste; keep work areas tidy all the times.
General Assistance - help receive & organize supplies.
Report low supplies or broken items to supervisor.
Work standards- wear clean uniform & proper PPE
Handle fragile/hot items carefully
Follow safety & hygiene rules, report on time.
