KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Assists the: Cook/Chef

Location: Soka, Ibadan.

Salary: 45,000

Working hours: A day on and off

Accommodation: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the chef with food preparation.

* Wash kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

* Assist with receiving, storing, and arranging food supplies.

* Ensure proper food handling and storage.

* Assist with plating and serving meals when required.

* Minimize food waste and report shortages to the supervisor.

* Comply with food safety standards and hotel policies.

* Perform other duties assigned by the chef or management.

Requirements:

* Minimum of SSCE.

* Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.

* Good hygiene, teamwork, and communication skills.

* Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
