Kitchen Assistant – Job Role and Responsibilities

• Daily food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling and chopping vegetables.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Following food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with food storage, stock rotation and checking deliveries.
• Ensuring kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organised.
• Working efficiently as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Completing cleaning schedules and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Weekend availability essential.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
