Parker House Nursing Home is a small business in HEALTH_CARE_MEDICAL in Nottingham. We are professional, supportive, rewarding and our goal is to to provide highest level of care to our residents, many of whom have a nursing need or dementia.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in food preparation, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and prepare food items according to established standards.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Monitor food supplies and order items as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety standards.
• Serve food according to residents choice and requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
