Duties

• Prepare and cook a range of pub-style dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
• Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for ingredients or supplies
• Support serving staff by ensuring timely food delivery to customers
• Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices diligently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or pub environment
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively setting
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Prior experience with serving or interacting directly with customers is a plus
• Willingness to learn new recipes and adapt to menu updates
