The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation and food safety
• Ensuring the chefs have the equipment, utensils, ingredients, and clean working environment required to consistently deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced service environment
• Cleaning and hygiene protocols
• Waste management
• Stock management
• Demonstrating innitiative, reliability, teamwork, and a strong understanding of food safety standards

What we are looking for:

• Full-time availability all year round.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.

This isn't just a Kitchen Assistant role – it's a pathway into a chef's career. Many of our chefs started in this very position before progressing through the business. This is a full time position that requires valid work permit allowing to work full time hours.
