Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including stock replenishment, dishwashing and other duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking or F&B is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions and food safety procedures accurately.
• Responsible, cooperative and able to work effectively as part of a kitchen team.
• Willing to work according to F&B operating hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
