Job Summary
Join the kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant Cook / Pot Wash, supporting smooth service through food preparation, cooking and cleaning. You’ll help maintain a tidy, hygienic workspace and contribute to a welcoming hospitality experience.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking dishes to the kitchen team’s instructions.
- Wash pots, pans, crockery and utensils, and keep kitchen areas clean and organised.
- Support serving and service preparation as needed.
- Your impact: Clean equipment and well-prepared ingredients help the team serve guests efficiently and maintain a pleasant dining experience.
Skills
- Food preparation and cooking skills, or a willingness to develop them.
- Kitchen experience is useful; restaurant, hotel, culinary or hospitality experience is welcome.
- Serving experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, organised and able to work cooperatively in a busy kitchen.
Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
