Kitchen Assistant - Full Time

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation, kitchen operations, and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen ingredients.

• Ensure food ingredients are handled and stored properly.

• Support chefs and kitchen staff during food preparation and service.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or chef.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
