What's the job all about?

We believe this is one of the most important people in the kitchen, responsible for ensuring all the crockery is clean, the kitchen has everything they need, and helps out with a bit of prep.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out with speed and efficiency..
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
