职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 后厨辅助及清洁员工 / Kitchen Assistant (Stewarding & Cleaning)

负责后厨清洗、卫生、废弃物处理及简单后厨支援。 / Support kitchen stewarding, hygiene, waste handling and simple kitchen duties.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 清洗烤盘、器具、容器及生产工具 / Wash trays, utensils, containers and production tools
• 保持洗涤区、后厨及指定工作区清洁 / Keep wash-up, kitchen and assigned back-of-house areas clean
• 分类垃圾并补充清洁及卫生用品 / Sort waste and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies
• 协助简单备料、搬运和后厨支援 / Assist with simple preparation, stock movement and kitchen support
• 遵守食品安全、化学品及设备安全程序 / Follow food safety, chemical and equipment procedures

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 有后厨辅助、洗碗或食品工厂经验者优先考虑。 / Candidates with kitchen-assistance, stewarding or food-factory experience will be given priority.
• 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求
• 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚理解工作指令、安全要求及交接事项,并及时报告异常。 / Able to understand work instructions, safety requirements and handover matters clearly, and report issues promptly.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能久站、搬运物品并安全使用清洁用品。 / Able to stand for long periods, handle supplies and use cleaning products safely.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 后厨清洗、卫生、垃圾处理、简单备料及团队协作 / Kitchen stewarding, hygiene, waste handling, simple preparation and teamwork
