We're opening our doors in Northallerton this September, and before the first cork gets popped or the first pizza hits the pass, we need a Kitchen Assistant who's ready to be part of something from day one — not just joining a team, but building one.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Getting hands-on with pizza, fresh pasta, and our cured meat & cheese boards
• Backing up the chefs wherever the kitchen needs you
• Keeping standards tight — brand specs, food safety, the lot
• Working an open kitchen, which means guests get to watch you work (no pressure — okay, a little pressure, in a fun way)
• Restocking, deliveries, pot washing, and keeping the kitchen spotless

The timeline:
Training kicks off in mid September, with opening week landing the last week of September. Get in early and you'll help set the tone for the whole site.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
