Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Support the serving process by preparing plates or trays for delivery or dining areas
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
