Kitchen Assistant/Crew/Staff - Pasig

We are hiring a high-energy Kitchen Assistant / Crew / Staff to support fast-paced kitchen operations and deliver high-quality meals consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Plating: Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently following set recipes and portion standards.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean, sanitary workstations while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines and temperature controls.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with front-of-house and inventory teams to ensure quick turnaround times during peak hours.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate, clean, and maintain commercial kitchen tools and machinery.
• Inventory Control: Track ingredient levels, maintain exact portion control, and minimize food waste.
• Compliance: Ensure constant audit readiness (CQSMA standards) and assist kitchen management with basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a commercial kitchen or line cook role.
• Schedule: Able to work a flexible, 6-day rotating schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Availability: Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
