Kitchen Assistant/Pit Hand/Dishwasher

44 Hour Work Week

WORK PERMIT AVAILABLE

• Wed- Sunday Shift
• Public holidays. 1 hour dinner break.
• Have to switch to overnight shift at times, will have extra pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing take-out orders
• Assist in food preparation (Washing, peeling, chopping and cutting)
• Cooking of side dishes
• Assist in day-to-day operations in the kitchen area
• Smoking of meats
• Cooking of side dishes
• Assist in day-to-day operations in the kitchen area
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen area
• Keep cooking area and equipment clean and hygienic
• Maintain food storage station tidy and clean.
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
• Other duties as and when assigned by Executive Chef

Job Requirement

• Food Safety Level 1
• Preferably 1 year experience in any F&B
• Training will be provided, a great attitude is more important!
