Kitchen Cabinet Order Entry/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Kitchen Cabinet/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing cabinetry orders, maintaining clear and responsive communication with clients and supporting the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cabinetry order and account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter cabinetry orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all details are correct before submission
• Communicate daily with clients regarding order status, updates, questions and any necessary clarifications
• Hours depending on 7 am to 4 p.m or 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
• English required, bilingual preferred
• Collect and apply customer payments accurately within our CRM system
• Work alongside the warehouse team to coordinate production schedules and projected delivery timelines
• Provide quotes for customer estimates based on project requirements
• Enter multiple orders daily while maintaining high attention to detail and speed
• Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Experience

• Prior cabinetry order/management experience of three years or more is required
• Experience working and managing clients within CRM systems is essential
• Familiarity or experience with cabinetry design (kitchen & bath) is highly preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently each day
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team membersThis role is integral to delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring efficient order processing. Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
