Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Kitchen Cabinet Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating customized kitchen cabinet solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will help transform client visions into detailed, practical designs, ensuring every project meets high standards of quality, building code compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen cabinet projects.
• Develop detailed design concepts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, including construction detail documentation and building information modeling (BIM).
• Create compelling 3D renderings and visual presentations using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs meet local regulations and safety standards for residential remodeling projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications that include material selections, hardware details, lighting design considerations, and installation instructions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and vendors to clarify project requirements and ensure seamless project execution from concept through installation.

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max for drafting and 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of building code compliance and construction detail documentation specific to residential interior design.
• Experience with rendering tools such as Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software for presentation purposes.
• Expertise in managing design projects from inception through completion while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of lighting sales, lighting design principles, renovation processes, and remodeling techniques.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual formats using CAD presentation tools.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project management and collaboration.
