Kitchen Chef

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food-quality standards
• Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow all food-safety and health regulations
• Properly store and label food and ingredients
• Monitor food inventory and communicate when supplies are running low
• Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods
• Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Perform other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds

Schedule

Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.

Pay: From $13.73 per hour
