WE ARE HIRING – KITCHEN COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Kitchen Commis Chef to join our team.

Job Criteria:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food production environment.
• 3-5 years of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating.
• Knowledge of proper food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and portion-control standards.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Food Handling/Health Certificate is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in International, Mediterranean, Continental, or high-volume restaurant kitchens are preferred, depending on the assigned outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Pay: Up to QAR2,550.00 per month

Work Location: In person
