Our team is passionate about providing great customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all tea lovers. It is our goal to bring a bit of LA and Newport to our local OC making brunch, mimosas, and tea time more readily available .

The Position:

We’re looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time team member

kitchen - cook / chef

~ Pay + Tips: typically,

cook , chef - $18- $24/hr. (TBD upon experience )

~ Free Meals and Drinks

The Location:

located in the heart of OC little saigon. Westminster

Store hours 8am-11pm

Shift hours (shift start and end time will vary per discussion at interview)

evening shift 5pm- 11pm

Job Responsibilities:

Chef/ cooks: Your role is vital in maintaining quality delicious food prep for our guests

Requirements:

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and understanding of recipe conversion.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items
• Maintain food quality and standard portion sizes
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Plating prepared foods
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed
• speaks Vietnamese preffered

• Vietnamese speaking preffered, but not required
