We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service in our small home town bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and service, with a focus on menu planning and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
• Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional dining experiences
• Ability to work independently
• Utilize knife skills for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety

Experience

• Background in a restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is essential
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is required

Willing to train the proper motivated individual.

Job Type: Part-time
