Bottega Italiana Group is an established and growing restaurant group operating multiple Italian dining concepts across Bali. We are committed to delivering authentic Italian food, quality products, and consistent service across our restaurants and Central Kitchen.

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's recipes, standards, and SOPs.
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation, including mise en place and ingredient preparation.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently in terms of taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food ingredients.
• Monitor ingredient availability and report any shortages to the Supervisor or Chef.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist other kitchen sections when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen position in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B business.
• Experience in Italian cuisine is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Able to follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions from the Chef/Supervisor.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Team player, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates currently residing in Bali are highly preferred.
