Kitchen Cook

Country Villa Assisted Living of Pulaski is hiring a PART TIME AND every other weekend, cook FOR 5AM-1PM AND 11AM-7PM

Prior Assisted Living/Nursing Home experience preferred; not required; will train

CBRF certifications preferred; not required.

The responsibilities of the dietary staff/cook are:

• Follow Department of Health Services WI Admin Code DHS 83.41 Food Service
• Responsible for making sure all of the Food is properly prepared and highest quality of food is served to residents.
• Following the Menu according to the Dietary needs/restrictions of the residents
• Ensure all foods are dated and properly stored
• Make Sure Fridge & Freezer temp logs are completed and current
• Practice proper kitchen hygiene and sanitation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
