Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food portions.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor when stocks need replenishment.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with other kitchen duties when required.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well with the team.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking team members.
