KITCHEN CREW

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to the cafe menu and standards.
• Handle food preparation, including prepping, portioning, and plating.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently.
• Monitor food stock and ensure sufficient ingredients are available for daily operations.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Polite, respectful and professional manner when communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Open to both male and female applicants; male candidates are encouraged to apply.
