About the role

As part of the kitchen crew, you will be the backbone of food operations. You will specialize in crafting signature sarnies and preparing a variety of delicious light bites designed for sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently prep and assemble high-quality sandwiches, toasties, and sharing platters according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a spotless workstation and adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations including storage, temperature control, and cleanliness
• Process prep lists and ticket orders quickly, ensuring guests do not wait too long for their food, even during peak rush
• Restock ingredients, wash up, and pivot during rushes with a positive attitude

About you

• High energy and efficiency with strong time management skills
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene
• Adaptable and flexible team player willing to help across different kitchen tasks
• Prior experience in a cafe or fast-casual kitchen is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
