KITCHEN CREW

Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.

    - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.

    - Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to food safety standards.

    - Support chefs during busy service hours with food preparation and plating.

    - Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment when required.

    - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

    - Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain an organized work environment.

    - Report any kitchen maintenance issues to the supervisor.

    - Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries and inventory.
