Role & responsibilities

As a Kitchen Crew Member you are the engine of our kitchen operations. You will prepare dishes as per standard recipes, maintain high-quality cooking, ensure consistency, and keep your station clean and efficient.
Your role directly influences guest experience and kitchen performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes and SOPs
• Ensure correct portioning, plating, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Assist in daily mise en place and prep activities
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service hours
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

• Guest Relationship & Engagement: Exceptional ability to nurture relationships with regular guests.
• Operations & Reservation Management: Proficient in managing reservation systems, seating charts, and maintaining Front of House (FOH) service standards.
