Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare dough from scratch, portion ingredients, and accurately assemble signature pizzas, hoagies, "wedgies," wings, and strombolis according to Fox's exact franchise standards.
• Oven Operation: Monitor cooking times and safely operate commercial pizza ovens and kitchen equipment.
• Customer Service: Answer phone inquiries, process point-of-sale (POS) cash and card transactions, and hand out takeout orders
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing prep stations, restocking ingredients, and taking out the trash during slower periods.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Limit: 16 years or older
• Experience: Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or fast-casual restaurant is preferred but not required; most locations provide paid on-the-job training.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy meal rushes.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Pay: Typically ranges between $10.00 and $15.00 per hour depending on experience.

Pay: $8.00 - $19.00 per hour
