Kitchen Crew

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness and organization at your assigned station and throughout the kitchen.
• Team Support: Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation, including chopping and marinating.
• Quality Control: Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food meets quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Properly receive, store, and rotate food stock to ensure freshness.
• Equipment Care: Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep it in good working order.
• Service Efficiency: Work effectively under pressure to ensure quick and smooth food service during busy hours.
• Clear Communication: Coordinate closely with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirement:

• Experience: Prior experience in a f&b kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of food preparation and standard cooking techniques.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take direction.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Education: Culinary certifications are an advantage but not mandatory for experienced candidates.

Note: Selected candidates are required to train at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya before the opening at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Expected November)
