Job Summary

The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing and cooking CHAI & BITES menu items in accordance with the brand's recipes and quality standards. The role ensures that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.

• Age: 25–35 years old
• Language: Average English communication skills
• Skills: 2 yrs experience is a must

Salary & Working Hours

• Gross Salary: AED 2,500 per month + centralized tip + Food + sales incentive
• Duty Hours: 11 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to CHAI & BITES recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Receive, store, and rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Minimize food waste and report stock shortages to the person in charge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), fast-food outlet, or commercial kitchen.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), fast-food outlet, or commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Satwa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
