Location: Salad Atelier Outlet, Klang Valley Area

Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM1,900

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Kitchen Crew to support daily outlet operations and deliver an excellent dining experience. This front-line role plays an important part in ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant and positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Assist with outlet setup before opening and closing duties after service hours.
• Handle basic customer requests or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
• Support other outlet operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

• Malaysian
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
