Duties

• Assist in food preparation including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to established recipes and standards
• Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food processors safely and efficiently
• Support meal assembly and food production for high-volume service periods while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Follow recipe adherence and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency across all dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety management protocols
• Help with menu planning support by preparing ingredients for upcoming dishes or special events
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
