● Assist in basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients

● Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality

● Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations, cooking equipment, and floors

● Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils efficiently

● Strictly follow food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards to prevent cross-contamination

● Support the kitchen team during daily operations

● Assist with receiving stock deliveries, ensuring items are correct and stored promptly

● Complete daily opening and closing kitchen duties, ensuring the prep areas are fully stocked and ready for the next shift

● Must be willing to travel to KL for training (at least 1 month), accommodation is provided!!
