Kitchen Crew (MOH / BOH)

About the role

Join our Middle of House / Back of House Kitchen Crew and play an important role in keeping our outlets running smoothly. You'll assist with daily kitchen tasks, food preparation and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and handle food items based on outlet procedures and required standards
• Assist the team with basic cooking and kitchen preparation
• Monitor and replenish ingredients and supplies during operations
• Keep workstations organized and ready for service
• Wash, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas
• Work closely with other kitchen team members during busy periods

About you

• Have valid Typhoid and Food Handling Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Available to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays when required
• Able to commit to an 8-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break
• Responsible, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team
• Kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
