Kitchen Crew (Part-Time) (Osteria Mozza)

• Support the execution and food preparation in accordance to the Executive Chef's recipes and  specifications.
• Ability to execute different cooking methods, processes and techniques with a variety of ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure the handling of raw ingredient is in line with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Monitor kitchen ingredients and stocks and inform the kitchen team if orders needs to be placed.
• Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ensure the food preparation and handling is aligned with the food hygiene and standards guidelines set out by the restaurant.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in western or italian cuisine.
• Familiar with basic cooking methods and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks assigned.
