Responsibilities:

• Cabinetry design and estimating: Develop innovative and practical kitchen designs while accurately estimating project costs.
• Customer consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints to deliver tailored kitchen solutions.
• Project management: Oversee all phases of kitchen design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Order entry: Coordinate the procurement of materials and products needed for each project, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Showroom management: Maintain the organization and presentation of our showroom, providing an inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Field measurement: Conduct precise on-site measurements to gather essential dimensions for kitchen spaces.
• Job evaluation: Assess completed projects to ensure they meet quality standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in kitchen design, with proficiency in 20/20 design software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members, builders, and clients.
• Dependable, flexible, and task-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Positive working attitude and good team spirit.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for on-field experience.
