What they need
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver BOH/kitchen training programs, including on-the-job training, CDP, product/menu training, food handling, hygiene, and kitchen leadership development
- Monitor outlet BOH performance covering food cost, inventory, stock planning, SOP compliance, kitchen workflow, productivity, hygiene standards and 5S implementation
- Supervise and guide Head Chefs through outlet visits, inspections and corrective actions
- Support new store openings, kitchen layout planning, equipment/material POC testing and continuous kitchen operation improvement through Kaizen/Six Sigma initiatives
About you
- Strong BOH/kitchen operations experience
- Training and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Inventory and food cost management
- Ability to travel to outlets when required
