The William – New American Chophouse + Bar is preparing to open in Mesa, Arizona, and we are building our kitchen team from the ground up.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher who takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and supporting a professional kitchen operation.

POSITION: DISHWASHER

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment while helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and other assigned duties.
• Support kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
