What they need
We are looking for a Kitchen Equipment Technician with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain hot & cold kitchen equipment
- Handle equipment such as chillers, freezers, dishwashers, glass washers, gas cooking equipment, and ovens
- Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Assist in installation and setup of new kitchen equipment
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Must be available for immediate joining
- Minimum 1**–2 years experience** in kitchen equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with both hot & cold kitchen equipment is mandatory
