What they need
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Kitchen/restaurant experience required. We are not your normal dining establishment. We are fast paced and have high volume events. We are looking for someone to be the consistent face of the expo side of the kitchen under the Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining a clean expo station.
- Prep work before show.
- Final preparation and accurately traying up food items.
- Deliver food items to the correct tables.
- Various other kitchen duties.
