Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bespoke Kitchen & Joinery Installer to join our installation team.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled installer with extensive experience fitting high-end bespoke kitchens and architectural joinery.

The successful candidate must be capable of working independently, interpreting detailed technical drawings and delivering installations to an exceptionally high standard.

Our projects involve much more than kitchen installations. You will be working on bespoke joinery throughout entire properties, where precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Install high-end bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms, pantries, boot rooms, utility rooms, studies, wall panelling and other architectural joinery.
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications and installation details.
• Carry out installations to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring precision, accuracy and excellent finishing.
• Work independently, managing installations efficiently and professionally.
• Carry out accurate setting out, levelling, scribing, trimming and fitting of bespoke cabinetry and joinery.
• Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining the intended design and finish.
• Liaise with project managers, site managers and other trades to ensure installations run smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your workmanship, ensuring installations are completed with minimal snagging.
• Work to agreed project schedules and communicate any potential delays or issues promptly.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience installing high-end bespoke kitchens and joinery.
• Proven track record of fitting premium, made-to-measure joinery in residential properties.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for installations from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, fixing methods, hardware and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Professional attitude when working in clients' homes and alongside other trades.
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on project and site requirements.
• Own full professional installation tool kit.
• Full driving licence required for company van use.

Applicants must provide evidence of previous high-end joinery installations.

This should include photographs or a portfolio of completed projects, along with references from previous employers, contractors or clients.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical skills assessment.

Employment Options

We are open to applications from experienced installers seeking either:

Direct Employment (PAYE)

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Company van supplied.
• Company fuel card supplied.
• Full-time position.

Self-Employed / RCT

• Competitive RCT rates based on experience.
• Opportunity to work on high-end residential joinery projects.
• Engagement subject to applicable RCT requirements.

You should understand the standards expected when installing bespoke joinery in high-end residential properties, where precision, finish and presentation are critical.

This position is suited to an experienced bespoke joinery installer rather than someone whose experience is limited to standard modular kitchen installations.
