What you'll be doing

• Maintaining clean, organised, and service-ready kitchen areas
• Washing dishes, cookware, and utensils efficiently during busy service periods
• Supporting chefs and kitchen teams with basic food preparation
• Restocking and maintaining kitchen supplies
• Assisting with general back-of-house operations to keep service running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Steward, or in a similar back-of-house role
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• A strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
• A valid Food Handler Certificate
• A Working With Children Check is not mandatory, but highly recommended
