Join our exciting venture as we continue to establish Ayrburn, a multi-venue hospitality destination located in the heart of the growing Arrowtown and Lake Hayes basin. Heritage farm buildings have been reimagined into restaurants, bars, providores, and activities. 
  
We are committed to creating an exceptional guest experience and are dedicated to offering outstanding service.  We need kitchen hands to work within our kitchens and be part of a seamless experience for our guests, visitors and fellow teammates.

Tasks include:

• Food preparation
• Part of the production line of a commercial kitchen
• Cleaning kitchens, dishes, food preparation areas and sculleries
• Cleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants

About you:

• You will be passionate about cleanliness and hygiene of a commercial kitchen
• Understand the importance of following policies & procedures
• Have a high attention to detail
• Experience in food handling practices and stock take is an advantage
• You are hands on & love to get your hands dirty

As a 7 day a week precinct, you will need to be available to work nights and weekends. With 30+ hours / week, full training and career progression encouraged these roles will take a high level of commitment and drive. The wage range for this role is $24.00 - $29.00 depending on experience. You do not need to have any qualifications or experience to apply for this role. Training will be provided to all team members.
