Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen while supporting chefs and other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

• Assist in stocking and organizing pantry and kitchen supplies.

• Support chefs and cooking staff during meal service.

• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations.

• Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
