Kitchen Hand

• Wash and clean dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including floors, benches, and food preparation areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Receive, unpack, and store deliveries appropriately.
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain waste management procedures.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and stored correctly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with kitchen setup, closing duties, and general cleaning tasks.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
