Blu Marlin Bistro is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly during service.

What you’ll do

• Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment promptly
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and sanitised
• Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Store deliveries and supplies safely
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an advantage, but not essential
